I ordered a Which? Recommended Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner at a comparatively attractive price. It was acknowledged and despatched promptly. Eventually it arrived safely - but too late for Christmas ! It was a delivery problem, presumably exacerbated by Covid19 and the Season. However the Donaghy customer relation attention was exemplary. The product seems excellent, so far, but early days to be sure.
