I recently bought a Belling Range from them. The Courier stated that I would receive it in the Thurday however they didn't come until the next day Friday, I had people as instructed by them to be there to help with lifting the new range. A phone call would have been nice from the courier. I understand that it was the weather that prevented the delivery from happening on the arranged day.
