Company accepted the order and some days later replied to say "We are disappointed to let you know that we cannot supply your order, 3891 for Miele Complete C3 Powerline, as we are unable to get stock of this model currently from Miele."
The reality is this model is widely available everywhere, the real reason is probably they were unable to provide at the cost they had advertised.
