What can I say? There is no customer service to talk about when delivery is to the kerb. I’m a woman in her 60s with a husband in his 70s and this was a BIG Fridge Freezer. So, I ordered & paid for the fridge, you had it delivered to the kerb, end of story. No customer service worth talking about really.
