Was not able to place my order over phone but Online was straightforward enough.
All ok, only hiccup was the delivery company who's link wouldn't work to set a delivery date. On contacting them they said their was an error and would call back. They didn't but after 48 hours i got a message with a delivery date. Was ok as i wasn't in a major rush to have it but if i was it was a long delivery process.
