Made a big mistake going on to a comparison site to purchase my Dyson V11 Outsize cleaner.
Unlike Dyson and John Lewis it did not come with a spare battery and I now find that it also has not got the laser floor brush.
Very disappointed with my purchase as I have ended up paying far more for this product buying the additional parts, which I understood to be standard.
