Item was delivered and couriers arrived 2 hours prior to the planned time and as I wasn’t in they left it on the door step. I’m a lady living alone with three young children who had to move this alone without any help and then dispose of all the packaging.
It was missing the reflective panel and also the template to enable the measurements to fit the integrated door. It’s been 4 days since delivery and this issue has still not been solved.
Not overly satisfied with my first experience sadly.
