I first wrote and asked if they had what I wanted in stock, and the reply came back quickly that they had. I ordered the freezer. I was given clear delivery instructions and was able to choose a day that suited me. It even arrived early on the day and the delivery people phoned me although somehow I missed the call. Everything is working fine as I would expect with Bosch. So, al in all, excellent!
