Dealing with Donaghy Bros was easy on the whole. I had a problem with my delivery, it was delivered to the wrong address (not Donaghy Fault), but it took numerous phone calls to the delivery company and then Donaghy to get it sorted out, and it was.
My real grumble is when a representative says that they will get back to you, and they don't! Hence more phone calls! A replacement was sent within a week. Thank you Donaghy Bros, particularly Lucinda.
