The process in ordering and confirmation receipt was very efficient . Unfortunately the product I ordered was going to be beyond the 5-7 days delivery schedule and therefore I had to cancel . Michaela Devlin was apologetic and was quick to cancel my order and arranged a refund with Therese McErlean confirming that this would be done. The company seems well organised .
