Our experience was mixed: We called Donaghy Bros to check they had stock on the product we wanted. We then asked what the delivery timeframe was and they informed us that if we placed our order that day (it was a Tuesday afternoon), it would be with us on Friday. We had originally ordered this product from another supplier but found out the day before we were supposed to receive it that they were out of stock (showing in stock online!). On learning Donaghy Bros had the product in stock and could deliver in 48 hours we proceeded to cancel our other order and placed an order with Donaghy Bros. On Thursday I hadn't received any delivery information from Donaghy Bros so rang them to find out where our order was. I was informed that somehow they hadn't processed our order so it wasn't going to come. They told me it would arrive the following week. It was a bit frustrating, but on pleading with the staff they did expedite the delivery and it arrived on the Monday instead. Well done for the good customer service in resolving the problem and getting it to us quickly, but points off for messing up the order in the first place!
