I ordered a Dyson heater on the 15th January and I still have not received the product. I contacted them via email on the 20th January asking where it was but didn't receive a reply until the 23rd, I was told they were waiting for stock which would arrive on the Wednesday and I would receive the heater on Friday.
I emailed again on the 27th and I'm still yet to receive a reply.
Not a happy customer.
