I liked their free call back option the people I spoke to were extremely friendly efficient and helpful. The dishwasher that I originally wanted was not available but George Took it upon himself to find a comparable model which actually was cheaper. Delivery took a couple of days longer than expected but that really wasn't much of a problem to us so I was very happy with the service I got .
