They used a third party courier and lost control of the supply chain. When my delivery didn't arrive on the expected Friday afternoon they were unable to track it until the Monday! Then it was promised for midday but didn't arrive until 4pm. Only kerbside/pallet delivery was available and I had to make my own arrangements. All in all it was a LOT of trouble, but I am happy with my new fridge freezer.
Oh - and the ice bin is missing from the freezer.
So if you're getting a large appliance delivered to U.K. mainland be warned!
