I ordered a hob that was in stock when I placed the order but 'apparently' had subsequently sold out! This gave the company the opportunity to offer me a replacement product. As I needed it to fit in with builders, worktop fabricators etc I had to accept. The order didn't come until the 3rd date, and was then left lent up against the outside of the back door in the dark!!! Luckily my daughter saw it in time to catch it before smashing to the floor. Who leaves a fragile product against a door that opens outwards?
I am yet to use the item.
