The TV was delivered a day earlier than promised, but I was here. I was impressed by the personal attention when I ordered. It was the cheapest price online. The TV package was also covered in strong polythene (unusual for online). It was also secured upright on a large wooden pallet, so had been clearly handled carefully. The driver was helpful and polite, but I was told he had to leave the pallet, even though he removed the tv and helped me carry it into the house. This was fine but I wonder how customers in apartments cope with the pallet. Overall very satisfied x T
