Recent bought a Dyson Air Product. DB used ParcelForce for delivery who were frankly incompetent and unhelpful causing a substantial delay in delivery and failing to follow the instructions given. DB on the other hand were most helpful in persistently trying to sort this out. So a pat on the back to DB staff and a proverbial kick elsewhere to ParcelForce.
