I waited 12 days for delivery,the courier was not allowed to remove packing or put the fridge freezer in situ he also said he was supposed to leave it outside my front door.and I had to sign that he had removed the packaging and checked it was working.
Which was difficult as I am in a wheelchair.
I would not recommend this company,if I had paid a tiny bit more I could have had it install next day by a.o
