Initially I had an excellent experience and rated you very good. Very quick delivery just before Christmas, within 2 days of my order.
I now find that the item has been reduced by £20.00 within a week of my buying it and am very disappointed that you are unwilling to refund the diiference, as Dyson would have willingly done.
