Happy with item, vacuum cleaner arrived as ordered. The only negative is Parcel force. The tracking information does not work. Neither app, which didn't like the reference number. Nor the web, it got the parcel to Southampton depot and didn't show any movement after that. Fortunately I was in when delivery came.
