You did okay.
Just a shame about your carrier Parcel Force. They certainly could produce evidence of a few attempts to deliver to you but reality proved to be the opposite I'm afraid. I received one card from them chucked over the gates that had our house number and date on it only; no further information e.g. name of recipient, sender etc.
I eventually contacted you and then collected the parcel from Patchway Depot, Bristol an 80 mile round trip!
