I needed a Range Cooker in a hurry as our old Range failed the gas safety test and was condemned. I went to John Lewis but they said it was 6 weeks lead time. Donaghy were 5% cheaper and the site said the cooker was in stock and delivery was 4-7 days, brilliant! The cooker turned up on time but I saw the box was damaged top right. I opened the box carefully and I could see that the top cover had a small dent but decided we could live with this. Cooker is in place works perfectly and looks amazing. I reported this back to sales and they said that they would notify the courier company. I’m just relieved that it was not something anyone else would notice and and 150kg it didn’t need to be sent back.
