Ordered a Neff built in microwave, that was in stock, according to the website for delivery in 1-3 days.
Two weeks later I’m still waiting for the item. I was kept informed that they were waiting for a delivery and there would be a weeks delay. A weeks delay was ok for me, but then got another message that it failed to arrive in the delivery of stock and had to wait yet another week.
With family arriving to stay this week, we really don’t need this delay and would prefer to have working appliances.
Not an entirely happy customer.
