Donaghy Bros kept us well informed of the timing of the delivery and when we should expect their courier to have our cooker hood for us. The courier was also helpful in giving us an eta on the day, (though this isn't routine for them as it is for many larger organisations). Although the delivery took longer than from many larger organisations (nearly a fortnight, rather than 2-3 days), it all went smoothly and our cooker hood arrived well-packed in pristine packaging.
