Do NOT use this company! They take NO responsibility for the actual delivery and sent me round the houses trying to track the item I'd ordered (including 3 phone calls to them, numerous online checks with Parcelforce and 25 mins on hold with Parcelforce). It took a week for Parcelforce to supposedly attempt delivery (NOT the case as I was at home all day and NO note left). 'Redelivery' NOT attempted and it is now apparently back in the depot without a date for redelivery. When asking for a refund I was told by customer service that they would refund me after they have received the item back from Parcelforce (which based on the fact that they cannot actually deliver it to me, who knows whether it will ever make its way back to them!). It is NOT my fault delivery has not been made, therefore I should be given a full refund immediately. Donaghy Bros should then take it up with Parcelforce to ensure they receive the item back. This company may have staff who can afford to purchase a second item for £300 whilst waiting for an elusive refund, but unfortunately I can't.
