I bought a new vacuum cleaner online from this company which offered by far the best price with no apparent downside other than delivery, would be about a week. It would have arrived sooner had the address been given in full to the courier. This may have been my own omission - can't be sure - anyway once I alerted them it did arrive promptly and we are pleased with the machine.
