Delivery was not as prompt as stated on the internet, doubtless because the goods came from Ireland, not UK. I was away and without a phone when first attempts at delivery were made and I couldn't reach the delivery people beforehand, so some time was wasted but the vacuum arrived in good order and I am pleased with it.
