I ordered the canopy based on the fact that NI deliveries were 1-2 days. It wasn’t until I checked why I hadn’t received the item I was told it was not in stock and then a second message said it will be mid March before I can expect it. The guys were very pleasant in their messages but if this had been highlighted at the point of sale I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. Delivery from mainland was about a week so I could have waited that long if I had known. To be honest the main reason I didn’t cancel was the fact that I like to support local businesses if I can and I bought all the appliances for my house about 7 years ago from Donaghys and they we super to deal with. Plus I travel a lot with work so getting time to sit down to cancel and order from someone else was too much of an inconvenience. I’m slightly disappointed at how this has went and there hasn’t been any offer to compensate in anyway. I’m putting it down to one of those things - but perhaps it’s something that could be looked at in terms of the website.
