Sent a faulty Dyson v7 - on initial contact tried tell me it is Dysons responsibility, contact Dyson then referred back to Donaghy as it hadn't reached the 28 days. Few more emails later I'm sent a returns slip and date for collection - fortnight later I am still waiting on a refund. My emails are not being responded to and when I call, even though i use the websales number the man answering the call tells me i have called the wrong number and that someone will call me. Not a good experience & very poor communication. Like I am asking for something beyond my rights!!
