It would have been 5* as the price and delivery were v reasonable & quick...but I feel the lady that called to arrange delivery, although very pleasant and efficient, wasn't very helpful when I asked if the driver would be able to deliver the fridge into my home as I have several steps down to my door. It turns out the driver absolutely would not take the fridge down the steps and said that the office should have told me its a 2 man job, which is completely fair enough on his part..but meant that it had to be left in the garage for several days, and we had to arrange for another person to come and help. Had I been told there was the option of potentially paying extra to get it into the house I would have paid. However this only came from the driver and may not be company policy.
