I was not pleased at all.
the second delivery has left me with a Miele 5000 with a dent in the side of it on arrival.
This is a shame as I was hoping to use Donaghy more going forward for my letting business.
I could do with a replacement but don't want the hassle. 2 mistakes is just too much.
