If I could put 0 stars I would ! False advertising, extremely rude staff, 0 customer service and the owner James is the rudest by far ! Just goes to prove the old proverb - monkey see monkey do ! Do not deal with this company - please find an alternative ! I purchased in good faith having confirmed with a sales clerk the price and product code before placing my order online ! After they took my money they sent an email looking for more money stating a software problem ! They are still advertising the machine for the price I originally purchased the machine at when I do a search online for this washing machine ! I have made an official complaint so that no one else will be treated like I was !
