Firstly would stay right from the off that the customer service received from your staff especially Seamus (who was temporary at your store when I contacted yourselves) However there is always a but isn’t there, at no time were we advised that the carrier used from NI. Was a pallet carrier only, when he arrived at my residence he was in no way going to assist in unloading the 2 units. In fact he was going to leave the pallet in the road and expected my wife who was on her own at the time to unload the units herself she remonstrated with him, he then relented and put the pallet onto our front drive and myself and my wife had to get the units indoors with a struggle. The crux of the matter is if we had known that the carrier was to tail board/floor we could have made arrangements to have additional hands available to assist us.
