Lee was very helpful in trying to find a particular length latch that I needed though the exact length was unavailable. I opted to buy a 6 mm spindle and 7 mm sleeves, but they took a long time to come as the sleeves were not in stock. I was not informed of this until I made enquiries. So "Good" and "Poor" are both involved which gives a combined score of "Normal".
