Initially I was delighted to have a found a site to supply springs for my broken door handle. I received confirmation and a follow up email from Lee Stephenson. 5 weeks later I have no springs, the phone is unavailable, emails are not answered and yet surprise surprise they have taken my payment. This site looks on my evidence to be a con. I am surprised to see that there are satisfied customers out there. I only rated it as Bad because there was nothing lower.
