I bought goods from this merchant at the beginning of January but they never arrived. After a couple of weeks they claimed that the goods were " on their way" but they still didn't arrive and e mails asking when to expect them were not answered.
After 4 weeks, a request for my money back was not answered either and in the end I had to get Paypal and my credit card provider involved - both of whom were excellent but its taken a lot of time and effort to get nowhere.
I definitely will not buy from them again.
