Being a professional tradesman with over 25 years experience i have come across varying degrees of customer service, and when it comes to selling you a product this company gives you a good service, but be warned, I experienced the other side when it came to dealing with a problem with some external door blanks that i brought. The doors started coming apart within months of being fitted, despite being painted with the three stage weathershield paint protection system. To my misfortune it turns out the company policy is to blame the consumer no matter what. Be warned. Do your due diligence before buying from them and make them send you the list of warranty exclusions. You will be surprised at what you can't use on their doors through fear of invalidating the flimsy warranty.
