Our Hormann Thermo65 front door was our second major purchase from SWR Home and Outdoor, having previously purchased a set of Origin OS29 siding doors last year. In both, cases the whole process, from initial discussion to completed installation, was carried out with total professionalism and attention to detail. Communication was always accurate and prompt. The two different teams who did the separate installations both worked quickly and cleanly, making a perfect finish each time without the need for any decorative making good afterwards, even though external render made the job more difficult. Finally I have to comment on SWR’s commitment to post installation customer service. They fully appreciate that the best long term business model is to have happy customers and that means being there to help after the job is done. Highly recommended.
