There were no fitting instructions with the product. I received them after emailing Customer Services and then realised that the nuts to fit to the 8mm bolts were missing. I reported this and was promised that they would be sent but they have not. I have now sourced some nuts elsewhere and will fit the letter catcher at the weekend.
