Delivery guy only delivered part of the order, think he was to lazy to check his van, so a phone call to the lovely lady in the office who I'm sure fired a rocket at the company and the rest of the order followed promptly, the lovely lady called me back to check it had all arrived, that's what I call customer service, I hope she gets a pat on the back.
