Now retired after 45 years as a service engineer ( 20 of them in the window and door industry ) I found what I wanted on this web-site easily, at an excellent price. This feed back request I have received before the goods have been delivered. Hopefully I will receive the goods soon. The range of locks for upvc as far as I could find was none existent, but being aware of the range (mine field) of different locks out there, and the amount of door sashes already routed or drilled there is a need to get the same or similar for replacement. With plastic you cant put back whats been taken out.
