I had this item ordered from another distributor and they told me that it would ship within 24 to 48 hours. after waiting 4 days I called them and they told me that it wouldn't ship until this Friday or next Monday. I called your office and I was told you had the item in stock so I cancelled the distribtor and ordered from you. Had it shipped next day air, I got it and my machine is up and running.
