So far I am really disappointed with Dot Maison. I was not happy with the good I ordered, and not only do they require that I pay the return cost, but also that they deduct the original postage from my account. This will leave me £15 out of pocket to return something. I noted that the good was not as per the pictures but they still insist I need to pay for postage both ways.
