Beware of hidden costs when returning items. I ordered 3 items and 2 were not suitable. The pillow cases that I kept were lovely but cost me an additional 11 pounds due to return cost of 4.99 and postage of 5.99 being deducted from my refund. I will order from John Lewis next time as there are no hidden costs.
