I ordered an item that unfortunately had a manufacturing default of some kind so I emailed their Customer Relations Dept. And first thing the next morning Jessica got back to me and resolved the issue - after contacting the manufacturer, a replacement was sent out and two days later I had my lovely item delivered. Excellent service from Jessica and Dotmaison. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
