My large order of many items was processed, delivered and received in good time.
Two items from the order have had to be returned and refunded however because the colours of them were not correctly portrayed on the website (both items were much lighter in real life than what they appeared on the website - which meant they were not suitable).
A little miffed that I have to pay for the postage of the items to be returned when it was not my fault the colours were not correctly portrayed.
