Quick delivery of the item and very well packaged. The product was of good quality and priced well. My only suggestion of improvement would be the option of free return delivery, it would encourage online buyers to be able to choose the correct colour /style etc by ordering more than is required and returning the items not quite fit for purpose. It is very difficult to understand the actual colour and quality of something without actually seeing and feeling it. Thank you
