When I had a query about the product that I was interested in, the live chat feature was brilliant - to the point that the person on the other end went to the warehouse to investigate my query. I then quickly received exactly the curtains I had hoped for - and saved myself over £200 by not making them myself using the same fabric! I shall definitely use Dotmaison again!
