I made a typo in my email address, now i can't get my 20 USD back. I've contacted them and they told me that I have to authenticate the email address even though i told them i can't because i made a typo, I've sent them proof of my PayPal email and receipt but they have ignored me.
They know i can't contact PayPal so they have willfully stolen my money. Crooks!
