Don't use these guys. I ordered an e-book for my class. NOT ONLY did it take more than a week to send an email for an e-book that should have been instantaneous, NOT ONLY did no one ever bother to respond to the 5 or so messages I sent asking where is my book, BUT ALSO after all that they sent the wrong book.
